We booked this through a holiday site in Sweden which included stay and some meals. ||We have been pleasantly surprised by the responsive staff, good food and the hygiene during this pandemic. Breakfast and the resturant are especially good.||As some of the staff were away during the first day, we experienced some gaps in service. We raised our concern to the manager. ||There was an immidiate response, apology and we could see the services go up many notches! The chef was especially very engaging and prepared some wonderful dishes for our group. ||Can certainly recommendation- good staff, clean and facilitaties better than hotels of similar standard.|Lgbtq+ familj friendly place. We felt very safe and welcomed here. Having a pride flag out will always set my mind at ease. Great staff who ensured we had fun. Food was great. Dinner prices are amazing especially for all the food you get. Breakfast was great! We loved the little muffins. We will be returning!

Friendly staff, good sized room, comfy bed, bathroom a little dated but perfectly functional, speedy wifi, plenty of easy parking outside. Had a good meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. A bit of a walk from the town centre ( we drove and parked easily ) which was pleasant but nothing special and the BW definitely looked liked the best hotel choice. I stayed here for one night during a business trip and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A twin bed comes with a single room but it was comfortable. The service is excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. The owner personally served dinner, suggesting local delicacies. Also, there is an extensive breakfast buffet. Overall, I was very impressed with local feel at this quaint hotel!Good hotel and services, good food and breakfast , nice staff and help in any way posible to have all confort needed staying on this hotel. I recomand anyone to enjoy.

It's exactly what you expect from a highway-side motel and was perfect for what we needed - an overnight stay to breakup the rather long drive from Norrland, just a few seconds off the E4. We got the family room at a discount which was clean and pretty decently sound insulated. …Fler omdömen

We got the family room at a discount which was clean and pretty decently sound insulated. The entire family slept well. There is a bar that opens till quite late. Plenty of parking. Easy driving distance to the local ICA. They even organised breakfast sandwiches to pickup since we wanted to avoid the buffet during these Covid times.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.- Travel group

A very Well located Hotel situated near train, bus And main Highway. Friendly & courteous staff. Beautiful lobby And spacious restaurant with delicious meals. Spacious, quiet room adjacent The forrest made a restorative sleep. Comfy And clean room.
My husband and I have stayed here on three business trips and have had a wonderful experience each time . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.The rooms are small but comfortable. We hope to stay here many more times.

Got rooms at a decent price, good helpful staff, an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was as is common for Best Western very diverse and good. Not great either really. Rooms are spacious, i stayed in a single bed room, en suite bathroom of course, with a shower.

Decent rooms with exceptional reception staff. Easily accessible via Car. It also has great facilities. I would love to visit this place again!
